In some cases, we just don’t know the name of the spare parts, let alone their part number. The part works so well all the time that we don’t even notice it. When we got to replace them, it’s rather difficult to detail what we need.
A picture will well fix this problem. Despite we don’t know the name or part number, you have the actual things at hand, so just send the pictures to us, let us figure out what is that spare part.
Dave recently maintenanced his Markem Imaje 9040 thoroughly, he wanted to replace the nozzle, the filters, fan, there is a coupler he also wanted to replace, but difficult to pin-point which coupler he needed, which located near the ENM34410 filter, yellowish. “Can you find that”? asked Dave, “How about send me a picture of the coupler, I will sort that out”, I replied.
Then here comes the picture from Dave.
That’s it, we have compatible coupler of those. I asked our tech to double check the picture and we are 100% sure it’s the coupler Dave asked.
