We provide compatible ink, solvent & cleaning solution to almost all models for Videojet. However, as the Videojet liquids must work with chips, sometimes, we just not able to keep up with the new chips’ development.

If you really need these newly launched liquids, which we don’t have the chips yet, the original ones are available too.

Tom is a small local bakery owner, he bakes for his community and also takes care of everything in his baking workshop, including maintenances his Hitachi CIJ printer.

As a professional in breads, but not so much in CIJ printer, Tom alway impresses me by how far he can find where the problem lies. He tracks down which part goes faulty or needs to be replaced, then ask us for replacements. Despite Tom doesn’t know the parts’ name, we communicate perfectly fine by the pictures he sends me.

Spare parts for continuous inkjet printer are expensive, even if they are compatible, though not compromise in quality, their price range from a tenner to a few hundred bucks.

To protect these dear spare parts, especially those highly sensitive to electron, we pack each one individually with anti-static bag, which can shield the parts properly.
