Tom is a small local bakery owner, he bakes for his community and also takes care of everything in his baking workshop, including maintenances his Hitachi CIJ printer.
As a professional in breads, but not so much in CIJ printer, Tom alway impresses me by how far he can find where the problem lies. He tracks down which part goes faulty or needs to be replaced, then ask us for replacements. Despite Tom doesn’t know the parts’ name, we communicate perfectly fine by the pictures he sends me.
