Ever since we posted that we are able to provide some components to fix a spare parts, similar inquiries keep pouring in. Some need the screws, some need the connector(without cable), some need the sealing etc.

Yesterday, our client Pablo asked if he can buy the red and blue tube from ENM5675 port cannon holder. We had a look and yes, we can provide the red and blue tube seperately. We can sell the small white o-ring, screws too, if you want.

I think the spare part’s components are like lego blocks to you, I have no idea you guys are so keen on fixing up the parts by yourself. If you are interested in some of the CIJ spare parts or the components, please feel free to drop us an inquiry.

If we could save some money by repairing the printhead engine on our own, why not give it a try. With the right components and skill, we can manage to fix the printhead engine to make it work again.

Here is a compatible 399422 Videojet 1000 series printhead engine. We can see it’s make up with several components.

The most often seen problem is the nozzle stops working. We can replace the nozzle only instead of replacing a new printhead engine, which could save us about half of the budget. Some of you may just need the nozzle, some need nozzle with tube and block. Don’t worry, we sell them all, just let us know which components do you need, and we will try our best to deliver.

Then leaking is another headache. In this case, all we need to do is to replace a new sealing. We will send you a couple of screws to tighten up the sealing and the printhead engine plate.

We have compatible liquids and chips for Videojet. They work fine and most clients like them. Still, some of you prefer original ink rather than the compatible one, even though the original liquids cost more.

When we pay high price for the ORIGINAL ink, of course we want everything original, original ink, original chip, even the original package. Everything should be the same as the way Videojet gives us.

We’d like to simply forward the original ink to you, please kindly refer to the below picture #1 and the youtube video. This is the original ink we receive from our local Videojet distributor.

However, due to we can’t deliver something flammable nor hazadous by international couriers, we have to remove some labels before delivery. Please refer to picutre #2, this is what you will receive. Despite the labels are missing, everything is original.

If you are our new customer and would prefer a more solid way to find out if you are getting the original liquids, you could scan the QR code with your phone, and the information of the liquid will pop up.

“Hi Connie, can you sell me an original V411 chip? I’d like the one in the picture”.

“Sorry, the original chip must come with an original V411 ink, we are not able to sell the original ink and chip seperately. If you do not have a thing for original chip, you could try our compatible V411 chips. They work just as well.”

The original Videojet chip must come with an original ink/solvent, we are not able to sell it seperately. And one small fyi, as one of my customers purchase original Videojet liquids quite often, he finds out that chips are not always the same. “Why Connie, did you replace the chip?” Surely I didn’t and will never do this, but why the chips are not the same, as they are all from Videojet. The reason is, yes, all of the chips are from Videojet, but from different manufacturers or different batches, so they may look different.
