When your printer shows there is 0% ink or make up, but the cartridge is actuall full, the problem may lies in the vacuum issue.

Firstly, we take a look at these two parts, to see if there is any leakage. If there is leakage here, we’d better replace a new one. If the parts are fine, no make up comes out from them, then the problem mostly lies in the inkcore. But before we jump to the conclusion, we should have the inkcore checked.

Let’s go to the printer data system, choose “Edit Scratchpad Sequence”, enter the Scratchpad Sequence, and run it. We can see the reading of “Makeup Vacuum” is jumping ups and downs, if the gap between the higher and lowest number is more than 200, then the inkcore is fine, we need to look into the vacuum problem further.

The filter kit for Domino A100/A200 and A120/A220 looks alike, but they are not exactly the same, to be precise, they are 20% different.

The Domino A100/A200 filter kit contains 5 filters, which are

1. 14831 Main Filter
2. 14833 Damper
3. 29265 Gutter Filter(the UFO shape one in the middle)
4. 37940 Online Filter(Brown one on left)
5. 29273 Solvent Filter(Brown one on right)

Whilst the Domino A120/A220 filter kit contains 4 types of filter, but total 5 pieces, they are

1. 14831 Main Filter
2. 14833 Damper
3. 29265 Gutter Filter(the black one)
4. 29273 Solvent Filter*2

Both filter kits cost the same, but there is one small filter that is not the same. When you order a filter kit for your Domino printer, please let us know your printer model first, is it A100, A200 or A120, A220?

We have small bottled ink, 500ml for Linx, 750ml for Videojet, 800ml for Markem Imaje, 828ml for Domino, etc. If you would like to fill in the ink by your self, we also have a keg of ink, which is of the same quality of small bottled ink.

Apart from the standard black ink, we also have pigment ink, white, blue, yellow, red etc. If you are looking ink for food, we got it too, which changes colour when heated.
