We’ve upgraged our 9410/9450 crack board!

Apart from the new apperance, the program inside is different too. The purple new crack board can work on the newest software so far. However, the new crack board still costs high, if you have a Markem Imaje 9450 with software under 7.2 version, we’d better go for the green one, it works just as well.

Before ordering, please kindly let us know your ink and make up model, we will customize the crack board to make it work more smoothly.

High quality ink cartridges for TIJ printers. It’s solvent based, dry fast without chip, promise smooth printing no jamming. Four colour for choose, black, blue red and greem, high adhesive, not easy to come off. As long as we set it up right, we can not only words, but also barcode, QR code, label and even cartons.

We have 0.5 inch and 1 inch cartridges, usually they are without chips. If you prefer one with chip, please contact us to find out if we have it or not.

As long as we have the right gear kit, we can extend the pump head life expectancy by replacing a new set. Why we go all lengths to do so? Because the original pump heads are rather expensive, we could opt to refurbished pump heads of course, but, when we can repair one and give the pump head a second life, why not give it a go.

Here are some of the pump repair kit we have, don’t worry about your printer model being too old or too new, we can cover them in most cases. From Domino GP to A320i printer, pump head for black ink or white pigment, we have the right pump repair gear kit for them. When you need only a portion of our gear kit, we will quote and provide exactly what you need. Like the gear kit for Domino A series, a complete set got 16 pieces small gadgets in it, some of my clients need only 7 pieces or 12 pieces out of it.

If you can’t tell whether your motor is working or not, we can place our ears close to the pump when it’s working, if we can hear a gentle motor buzzing sound, then it’s fine.

What’s the quickies way to fix a leaking compatible Markem Imaje ENM5629 pressure pump? Contact your supplier for a new replacement? Yes this could do, but while you are waiting for a replacement, the quickies way to fix the leaking pressure pump is to do it yourself.

We have all the pumps tested before delivery, however, sometimes I do get feedback about pump leakage. The problem often lies in bad sealing between the nut and the pump, therefore air goes in the pump and results to the ink leakage.

To fix this problem, we could use PTFE tape to wrap up the nut a little, and then put it back to the pump. With the PTFFE tape to increase the contact area, it can prevent air goes in the pump.

As motor seldom goes wrong, a pump head probably meets all your need. However if you are not sure whether the motor is working or not, and prefer to buy a whole set pump head with motor, we got it too.
