Apart from standard black ink, color pigments are requested now and then, like blue pigment for PVC sewage tube, white pigment for wire. The texture of color pigment is different than the standard black ink, it’s thicker & stickier, and usually customers need this stickiness, because we don’t want the mark on smooth surface blur or wipe out easily. To cater this need, we adjust the formula of color pigments to make them specifically suitable for certain material. For example, we adjust the blue pigment formula for PVC, it’s sticky enough to stuck on the PVC surface, yet you don’t have to pay as much as before.
