When your Videojet printer pops up this alarm message, what shall we do. Don’t panic, let’s solve this issue step by step.
Firstly we can calibrate the EHT parameter, you can find tutorial videos on youtube. If the message still remains after calibrating the EHT, then we need to replace a new 399081/200-0390-239 EHT block.
If you have a perfectly working EHT block from another not functioning Videojet 1000 series printer, you could take the EHT block from it and install the EHT block on the printer you need. Sort of like an organ transplantation between Videojet 1000 series printers.
