Can you tell which one is our ITM02 and which one is ITM03 service module? Yes we take a look at the tag. If the service module is with an ITM02 tag, then it’s ITM02, ITM03 like wise. Apart from that, they look exactly the same.
However they look alike from the outside, inside they are totally different.
ITM02 service module is for black ink, which is with finer inner filtering material(the diameter is smaller). ITM03 service module is for colour pigment, which particles are larger, so the inner filtering materials are less connected with each other to let the bigger particles pass through.
The program insde the tags are not the same either.
When you order the Domino Ax service module, please kindly let us know if you are applying ITM02 or ITM03, ink colour, then we will arrange accordingly.
