It’s a little bit difficult to explain by words where to install the Markem Imaje crack board, but a picture can easily do this job. Please kindly refer to the below two pictures about where to install the Markem Imaje 9410/9450 crack board.

And for how to install the board? It’s simple. 4 steps and it’s done.

2. Install the crack board
3. Power on
4. Turn on the printer

Before purchasing the crack board, we still need to take a look at your printer software version, and the ink and makeup model, so that we can program the right crack board for you.

When we order the Markem Imaje ENM28240 9020/9030/9040 keyboard, please note that there are two different types, one is of colour blue, the other is purple.

Apart from the classic Markem Imjae 9040, Domino A and GP series, Linx 4900/5900/6900/7900, Videojet 1000 Series, Alphajet keyboard membranes, we also have keyboard for new CIJ printer model like Domino i-Tech series, Linx 8900. If you prefer keyboard with your own language letter, please feel free to let us know too, let me check if have it.

We need to know the type of stand and the type of connetor to quote the right alternative beacon for your inkjet printer. As you may already aware, there are different types of stand, and the connetors can be 4 pins/5 pins/6 pins etc. Let’s get the type of stand and connector straight first, then you don’t have to transplant the old parts to the new alternative beacon, which is time consuming.

You could tell us your printer model, send us pictures of the stand and connector, then we will deliver the right alternative beacon to you. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.

Thermochromic ink is commonly used in food industry. It changes colour when heated for a period of time. So far this is our most adhesive thermochromic ink, it changes colour from black to blue-ish green. Some customers are looking for high adhesive ink that can stick to glass with dew on it, but our ink is not as strong as that yet, please look for original Hitachi ink for such adhesion.

We always have used Videojet 1000 series inkcore in stock, but it will take about 3 to 5 days to refurbish it before delivery.

For most of the Videojet 1000 Series inkcores, such as 1220, 1510, 1520, 1620, etc, we would suggest that a refurbished inkcore will be good enough, for 1710 white pigment inkcore, however, original new inkcore is the best choice, as the pigment is rather stick, we’d better apply a brand new original inkcore.

When you receive the inkcore, there maybe some issues, the most common ones are leaking and loose connection. Don’t worry, if there is anything wrong, send us pictures or videos, detail the problem you encountered, we will trouble shoot asap.

Hitachi continuous printers are excellent, they work for a long long time, and best of all, it cleans itself. However, robust as a Hitachi CIJ printer, we still need to maintain it every now and then, with the right compatible spare parts, we could do this job easily by ourselves.

This is a compatible gutter filter for Metronic, KGK and Alphajet. Just by looking at it, they seem to be the same. However, if we look closely, you will find that the tube at the end of the filter opening is different. Why, because for different models of Metronic/KGK/Alphajet, the connection between this gutter filter & the tube is not the same. As you can see in the first picture, there is a small bump in the end tube; in the second picture, the tube is all straight.

When you order this gutter filter, please do let us know for which model & printer it be applied on, or take a picture of the one you are using now. With this info, we could send the gutter filter with correct tube to you accordingly.
