One of our old customers Dave asks if we have compatible service module for Linx 8900 white pigment CIJ printer. He used to service the 8900 black ink printer, now he got a new machine that applies white pigment.
Of course we have service modules compatible to white/yellow pigment. It’s yellow, also needs to pair with RFID tag to work, same price as the red module for black ink.

If you are going to purchase a compatible module RFID tag for your Domino Ax printer(A150i/A350i), but not sure if the tag fits your printer, worries not, here is how to find out.
First of all, let’s take a look at the front of AX module, there is a label shows ITM02/ITM03/ITM06/ITM09, please refer to the picture below. If you have an ITM02, ITM03 or ITM06 module, congrats, we can move to the next step. For those got an ITM09 module, so far we don’t have the RFID tag compatible to it, sorry.
Now, let’s turn to the overview page, and then take a picture of the screen(please refer to the below picture). Send the picture to us and we will know if our tag works on your Domino Ax printer or not by looking at the three parameters circled in red. Easy right.
These two comptible Hitachi filters look the same right, but in fact, they are not.
The most obvious difference lies at the bottom. The RX filter bottom is flat with a hole in the middle; while the RX2-B one is not.
Take the bottom aside, when we install the filter, we will find that the in-let/out-let diameters not the same either. The diameter of RX2-B is slightly bigger than RX.
When we flip the filter, we will notice the filters are with different shapes too.
We all try our best to reduce pressure in life, but when we see the pump generates no pressure at all, our pressure comes in.
Don’t you worry about it too much, original pump heads seldom go wrong, they are robust. If unfortunately, the pump does go faulty like this, which generates 0 pressure. We could try fix it with the help of a little pack of gear kit.
As the original pump heads are very expensive, and to be frank, our compatible pump performs less satisfying than the original one, it will be cost effective for us to fix it, instead of buying another one, unless it is beyond help.
For simply the 0 pressure problem, we could replace the gear kits inside the pump head, which needs a pair of skilled hands, I’m sure you guys can do it. We have gear kits compatible to Domino pumps, Markem Imaje pumps, Linx pumps, etc. Please feel free to drop us an inquiry.
For problems other than 0 pressure, we need to have a closer look at your case, most often a new pump is needed.
Videojet 1220 second hand printers for sale. They are all in good condition, the sooner you place an order, the more stock printers for choose.
Before delivery, we will run the printer for a while, and make sure everything works well. The testing and printing videos or pictures will be sent to you for reference. Do you buy a new Markem Imaje 9450 printer after October 2023, if so, you may need our new compatible A40989 filter kit, which suits the new configuration of the 9450 printer made after Oct 2023.

Are you troubled by the password to re-set your Linx 5900 printer service hour? Worry not, with our unicorn chip, you can easily by pass the password and reset the service hour by yourself.
Here are the few steps to install the unicorn chip and re-set your printer.
If your printer is with 13 digit PRC code, we could refresh the main board by either setting up the parameters directly, or by USB.
1. Turn off the printer
2. Install the Unicorn chip
3. Discharge for 5 mins(plug off the line LK4 on the main board)
4. Turn on the printer, set up language
5. Enter password 90716696, the rim of the screen turns red
6. manu-setup-printhead-printhead type-printhead code-ink model-set up code ID(KXLMP9-AEYHMV-MMT9J4-8NKYLK)-set up service time 6000 hours
7. Set up printer time and date.The red rim disappears.
If your printer is with 20 digit PRC code, we need to use the USB to refresh the main board after discharge, and the service hours will be 2000 hours.
1. Turn off the printer
2. Install the Unicorn chip
3. Discharge for 5 mins(plug off the line LK4 on the main board)
4. Turn on the printer, set up language
5. Enter password ADMIN
6. USB-Restore printer data from USB
7. Set up printer time and date.
As you may need the schedule maintenance kit code to reset the service hours, please feel free to let us know, we will provide the code for free.

We refurbished the used printheads and make them work again. All of the printheads will be tested and cleaned properly before delivery. The standard ENR35370 printhead is with a 3 meter umbilical, if you need a 5 meter long one, please give us a headsup.
Apart from 1.1G printhead for Markem Imaje, we also have 1.2G and 2.1G refurbished printheads, which are not always in stock and cost higher than 1.1G ENR35370.
