Tubes, we seldom notice them, they just work quitely. So when something goes wrong in the tubes, we don’t really know how to describe them, only knowing that they are of different color, and the diameter is different too. Don’t worry, we got this.

Despite we can’t tell the diameter from the pictures, but since we can see where the tube connects, our experienced tech will be able to provide the right tube with the right size for you.

I think all of you have replaced a printhead valve module by yourself, have you ever tried to fix it? No? Let’s try do it now.

Generally speaking, it’s the failing valves that leads to the valve module stops functioning, so we focus on the valves now.

There are two valves on the 399181 printhead valve module, which look identical, but in fact, they are not the same.

The first vale is VB-S112-1300, 24v 8w, the other valve is VB-S112-1403, 19v 4.5w. Please replace both valves at the same time, and then the module will work like new.

A good functioning pump assy contains a pump head, a rotor and a motor. Please kindly refer to the below picture. Motor seldom goes wrong while pump head does all the grinding and easily fail, in this case we could replace a new pump head or fix it with new gear kit.

There are many causes that can lead to ink oozing from the pump, the most often case is the screws got loosen, but many other possibilities exist.

When you come across a leaking pump, please send us pictures or video about the situation, we will take a look and provide guidance to the next move.

For instance, my customer Jack feedbacks that his pump got a leakage problem, then he dismentals the pump assy and finds out that there are cracks in the rotor. This contributes one more new cause for a leaking pump. We are sorry about the trouble caused to Jack and send a new rotor to fix his pump asap.

When we maintenance our Videojet printer, usually we look at the inkcore. We may replace a whole inkcore, which solves the serving hour and any potential leakage. If you are up for a challenge, you could try replace the filters by yourself. But before we purchasing a new set of filter kit, there is one thing we should care about.

As there are total 5 different types of inkcore board, which are type A, B, C, D and E, the filters compatible to them are slightly different too. Type A, B, C and D inkcores share the same filter kit, while type E inkcore filter kit consist only 3 filter parts and 1 sealer.

Do we have original nozzles for Videojet, sure we do.

We sell quite a lot 60um and 70um nozzles compatible to Videojet 1000 Series printers, like 1520 1620 ect, also 50um nozzles to UHS series(high speed printer). Seldom do we sell nozzle of 53um and 66um, but it doesn’t mean we can’t get them. As not many customer ask for the 53um and 66um nozzle for excel series, we don’t have compatible one, but original new only.

There are different shapes of washing bottles, the most regular one we sell is the one on left, which with 500ml volume.

From time to time, you may need different shape of washing bottles, please feel free to drop us a picture of the wahing bottle you need, we will send the right one to you.

Like my customer Dave, he purchase ink and make up twice a year, and I usually pack some regular washing bottles in the carton to make full use of the space. But this year, Dave looks for a different bottle, he sends me the below picture. Then I know Dave is looking for the washing bottle that lies in the middle, and pack him the one he want.

There are two types of touch screen for Markem Imaje 9450/9232. Most of the touch screens are with a 3-cable connector, but few, are with 4-cable connector.

Our compatible EB-PY1571 touch screen is with 3-cable as default, since it compatible to the majority of Markem Imaje printers. If you have a touch screen with 4 cable, we have to do some extra work to make it work. Here is how.

You will receive not only a touch screen, but also a broader cable with black, green, white, red wires. Please connect the orange cable attached to the touch screen with the broader cable, then connect the broader cable to the board. Voila, it’s done.

We have quite a lot compatible pump heads special for Markem Imaje continuous inkjet printer.

The most hot sale pump head is ENM5629 pressure pump head for 9040 black ink, sometimes customs buy the ENM4295 vacuum pump together, sometimes not.

Apart from the pump heads for 9040 black ink CIJ printer, pump heads for 9040 white pigment is available too. They look similar to ENM5629 and ENM4295, but with a black coating.

Here are the pump heads for 9450 series.

First comes the EB-PP0123 pressure pump head that is compatible to both 9450(black ink) and 9450E(UV ink) printer.

Then here is the pressure pump head for 9450C(white pigment) printer, which is the toughest pump head among all.
