There are 3 different filter kits for each Citronix printer model, which is 1000, 3000 and 5000. The filter kit for Citroinx 1000 and 3000 look similar, while the 5000 filter kit is quite different from others.

Let’s take a look at the Citronix 5000 filter kit first. It contains a main filter, which comes with a RFID tag, and a small blue recycling filter.

Below are filter kit for 1000 and 3000. They all include a big main filter and three small disk filters. The 1000 filter kit includes

The filters are confusing sometimes, because they have so many different names. Please feel free to tell us for which Citronix printer model the filters are applied on, or maybe send us pictures, we will quote accordingly.

Compatible Domino thermochromic ink available. When heated, the ink will turn from blue black to blue. Please refer to the below picture for your reference.

Apart from compatible thermochromic ink to Domino, we also have such special ink to Markem Imaje.

This is a printhead cover compatible to Citronix countious inkjet printer, it looks fine. However, there is one important question, does it come with the magnet? As we can’t see what’s inside.

Usually speaking, the original magnet in the printhead cover works for a long long time, you could detach the original magnet and epoxy it to the replacement. So the default setting of our comaptible printhead cover doesn’t contain the magnet.

If you prefer a printhead cover with the magnet, sure we can arrange that. We will attach our compatible magnet onto the cover, which costs extra $10.

Sometimes we need to see what’s inside the compatible spare parts to decide if we need it or not, but as we can’t see through the parts, and the pictures show certain angles only, you could drop us an inquiry freely. We are happy to double check the spare parts and tell you more details about them.

The A40988 Draining and Rinsing Kit is huge, so huge that DHL/Fedex/UPS don’t charge by its gross weight, but volume weight, which is around 6kg. I still remember the first time I saw the jumbo A40899, it’s not heavy at all, but the tank-like plastic bucket takes up so much space. As time goes by and more A40988 draining and rinsing kits are sold, I slowly get used to its size and delivery fee.

Usually customer order the A40988 with a compatible A40989 air filter kit and a 9450 pump head, together they make a A40846 maintenance kit.

We have two refurbished ENM35372 Print MOD-9040-1.2G-L=3 in stock for sale. They look nice, you can see the serial number clearly on the printhead, the umbilical is rather new.

Before delivery, we will run it for 2 days to make sure it works well, then clean it and pack it properly. We will send you a video of the final testing, you will see the print parameters, which are within standard range, and also see how the printhead prints.

Hitachi printers are very robust, but still, we have to maintenance them from time to time by replacing the filters. Here are two easy set for RX1 and RX2, let’s take a look at what they are.

This is a filter kit compatible to Hitachi RX1 printer, which includes:

If you need the air filters too, please send us pictures or let us know the size of the filter, we will quote accordingly.

When your printer shows there is 0% ink or make up, but the cartridge is actuall full, the problem may lies in the vacuum issue.

Firstly, we take a look at these two parts, to see if there is any leakage. If there is leakage here, we’d better replace a new one. If the parts are fine, no make up comes out from them, then the problem mostly lies in the inkcore. But before we jump to the conclusion, we should have the inkcore checked.

Let’s go to the printer data system, choose “Edit Scratchpad Sequence”, enter the Scratchpad Sequence, and run it. We can see the reading of “Makeup Vacuum” is jumping ups and downs, if the gap between the higher and lowest number is more than 200, then the inkcore is fine, we need to look into the vacuum problem further.

The filter kit for Domino A100/A200 and A120/A220 looks alike, but they are not exactly the same, to be precise, they are 20% different.

The Domino A100/A200 filter kit contains 5 filters, which are

4. 37940 Online Filter(Brown one on left)
5. 29273 Solvent Filter(Brown one on right)

Whilst the Domino A120/A220 filter kit contains 4 types of filter, but total 5 pieces, they are

2. 14833 Damper
3. 29265 Gutter Filter(the black one)
4. 29273 Solvent Filter*2

Both filter kits cost the same, but there is one small filter that is not the same. When you order a filter kit for your Domino printer, please let us know your printer model first, is it A100, A200 or A120, A220?
