When do I need to replace the filter kit? Depending on how often and how long you run your printer per week, we should replace a new set of filters, or some of the filters on regular basis. If your printer runs non-stop most of the time, we shall change a new filter kit every 2 to 3 months; If it runs from time to time, we could take a look at the condition of the filters and decide when to replace which filter.

We carry filter kits compatible to Linx, Domino, Videojet, Willett, Markem Imaje, Fastjet, Hitachi, Alphajet etc. If you are not sure the filter part number, please kindly send us pictures of the filter you are looking for and let me know on which printer model it’s on, we will quote with our filter’s picture.

Good news, we have newly be able to provide alternative Videojet 1580/1280 ink and makeup chips that can work on their own, no crack board needed anymore. V4210/V7205, V4211/V7206 chips work without any problem. Please feel free to let us know which ink and makeup model do you need, we will check if we have the chips.

As the new chips costs slightly higher, if your printer works 24/7 and consumes quite a lot liquids, we’d better install a crack board and pair with the old model alternative chip, which saves more in the long run.

However, if your printer only works from time to time, and consume little liquids, please purchase the new model chip, it costs a little higher, but can last for a while.

If you want to purchase V4210/V4211, V7205/V7206 ink and solvent, we can provide them too. Delivery fee for liquids costs higher, please kindly let me know quantity, I will quote with delivery fee altogether.

It’s difficult to tell the size of a compatible cap by looking at a picture. You may wonder, will this compatible cap fits my bottle? I can’t risk to deliver loads of non-useful caps to me, but it takes time to test the sample first and then arrange the second shipment. What a dilemma.

Tubes are obscure, we seldom notice them, but it doesn’t mean that we don’t need to replace a new tube once there is leaks or other problems.

Second hand original Markem Imaje 9450 printhead available. It’s with a 3-meter long umbilical and 1.1G nozzle. As there are three different nozzles(which are actually the same), the red one ENM51312, black one ENM38980 and white one ENM40038. Please kindly let me know which nozzle do you need when you order.

Before delivering the printhead to you, we will run it for a 1 to 2 days first, to make sure everything goes well, then clean, pack and ship it. The testing video and pictures will be sent to you before delivery.

Yesterday my customer Jack sent me three pictures, asking if I have a set of this board and cable for his Domino A series printer. After taking a look at the board, which with 37775 part number on it, so we know we have a compatible one, which is DB37775 RS232 Serial Card.

For the cable, as Jack told me that it’s for the alarm, so we have a compatible DB37738 alarm cable to replace it.

Sometimes we don’t know the part number of the part we are looking for, don’t worry, send us the picture of the spare part, tell us where it’s applied on, we will try our best to quote and deliver.

My customer Carlos sends me this picture and asks if he can buy the pump head only. Because the motor actually works fine, but the pump head leaks.

The original motor seldom goes faulty, if you can hear a faint “buzz buzz” from the motor while it’s working, then your motor is fine. By replacing a new pump head, the leaking problem will be solved.

IC60 is the heart of a Markem Imaje continous inkjet printer, when it goes down, we have to replace a functioning new one, or fix the old one as soon as possible. If there is a leaking problem, we can take a look at the sealing caps, and replace them.

Among the red, transparant and black Markem Imaje IC60 caps, we have the compatible black cap. Please feel free to drop us an inquiry.

When we find inconstant ink drops, what shall we do? Don’t worry, let me find out what cause the ink drop not dripping constantly, then we can solve the issue.

There are two main spare parts that are responsible for the formation of inkdrop, the ENM7242 Resonator(G Head), and ENM14431 Cannon(G Head). As both of them are very delicate parts, we need to treat them with extra care. The resonator ENM7242 located inside the ENM14431, when we try to rule out the possible causes that lead to unconstant ink drop, we need to

1. Check if the two parts are properly connected, say we can take a look at the screws, are they tighten? 2. Exam if there is any damage on the resonator or the cannon, with the help of a magnifier.

If you just got a new ENM7242 or ENM14431 just installed, we may solve the problem by tightening up the screws. If not, please send us more details, let’s find out where goes wrong together.
