Apart from there are different Domino CIJ printer pump heads for different ink models, such as pump for 299bk ink, pump for 270bk, pump for white pigment, there are two different types of pumps head for the same type of ink too, which are pump with long rotor, and with short motor.They are of the same price, but we still you to find out which one is applying on the printer now, so that we can provide the right pump head to you.

Take a look at the picture, we can see the overall length of long rotor pump and short rotor pump is not the same, please take it as a reference to the pump you are applying now, and then let us know which one you are looking for.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t know the spare part’s name or part number, drop us a picture of it. We will know.

Like this, I actually don’t know the part number of Markem Imaje 9040 indication warning lamp either, but by the picture, we know exactly what you are looking for. If you ever pay attention to the RMB:USD rate, you will know that we our margin actually shrinks. However, we strike to keep our price still. We know that you have quoted to your client, and it’s natural that there are ups & downs in currency exchange rate, as long as we can cover the cost, we will keep our price remain the same.

From time to time we receive inquiries about tubes.

Some of you may know the part number or the diameter size of the tube, then we can quote fast and correctly.

However, if you are not so sure the detail of the tube, you may turn to google and search “tube for Markem Imaje” or “tube for Domino” etc, then find the part number and picture, send them to supplier and wait for quotation.

Well, just don’t do this please. As every tube looks exactly the same on pictures, we can’t tell the size of diameter, which is most importantly. And sometimes the part number you gave us doesn’t match with the description.

So to get a correctly quotation for the tube, what you need to do is quite simple. Tell us it’s applied on which part of your printer, that’s it. Easy right? It actually helps us to quote faster too(I don’t have to cross check the part number and the description).

On Thursday, my client sent me pictures & sizes of bags and asked me if I could find the same or similar bags for dry fruit. As I was quite free at Thursday afternoon, so challenge accepted.

When I started to source, there were hundreds of thousands of bag suppliers pop out on screen. All with similar price, pitures & parameter, but I can’t really tell if quality good or not by just looking at the data. Out of the blue, I remember that one of our domestic clients sells dry fruit too, maybe he is the right person to help. So I made a call & reached for help. Without further ado, our domestic client gave his bag supplier contact info to me.

Now the order is still pending, cause the pattern & number of color on the bag, thickness, etc all play part in determing the price. We are stilling working on the detail. No matter if we could close this deal or not, I’m sure that these bags are 100% safe to contact with food directly, which is a great safety concern, and I think I did a good job.

After that, I’m thinking maybe we can expand our business. Use all the resources we have to provide better services.

Here is a little update about the latest delivery situation. Please prepare yourself for a longer deliver time, it will take about 3 more days than usually. Because parcels for Black Friday, Christmas & New Year are piling up waiting to be on board, and air flights are always in short this year.

However, we will try our best to shorten the local delivery time, we can’t urge DHL/Fedex/UPS, but we can pack faster and deliver by the fastest local courier company(apart from refurbished parts or printers, we will carry a thorough test before delivery even it’s time consuming).

This is a challenging year for all of us, let’s gather ourselves, provide better service and good products, together we hope for a better 2021.

Caps for continuous inkjet printer cartridges. We got compatible caps to Domino, Markem Imaje, Videojet, Hitachi etc. For the Videojet & Markem Imaje caps, you may need a compress clamp to help with the sealing.

Here is our compatible ENM5934 & ENM37176 main ink filter for Markem Imaje, do you wonder why two main filters look exactly the same, but got two different part numbers. Are they the same part with different part number?

You know what, at first I’m confuse too, until one of my clients asked me to send him 20 pieces of compatible Markem Imaje main ink filter for white pigment, then I realise, it’s not ENM5934, which I usually sold to him, but ENM37176 that he was looking for this time.

We really can’t tell these two Markem Imaje main filters apart from the appearance, but the are not the same from the inside. ENM5934 is designed for black ink, which has a finer inner filtering material of 10 micron; ENM37176 on the other hand, if for white pigment Markem Imaje CIJ printer, which with 20 micron inner filtering.

Now are we clear?
