Domino continuous inkjet printer is sturdy, but it is with so many spare parts, maintenance work become unavoidable.

Daily Maintenance

1. Clean print head (nozzle, electro plate, deflect plate)
2. Turn the CIJ printer on and off according to requirement

Weekly Maintenance

1. Clean print head (nozzle, electro plate, deflect plate)
2. Turn the CIJ printer on and off according to user manual
3. Clean air filter
4. Clean printer body

2000 Hour Maintenance

1. Clean ink printing system
2. Replace filters (Main ink filter, damper, inline filter, gutter filter, solvent filter)
3. Check pressure & control data
4. Printer cleaning

8000 Hour Maintenance

1. Clean ink printing system
2. Replace filters (Main ink filter, damper, inline filter, gutter filter, solvent filter, air filter)
3. Check electric system
4. Check pressure & control data
5. Check wiring
