If you were planning to buy an original new Videojet printer 3 months ago, and finally make up your mind to seal the deal today, you will find that the quotaion is no longer valid, price goes up again.

It’s not because of the rate gets worse, nor the delivery fee continues to break its record(though these factors also play a role), but due to a notice sent by our local Videojet distributor, saying that the 1000 series continuous inkjet printers were no long be produced since 31st Jan 2022, and after sales service will not be available after 31st Dec 2026.

Despite the price of original new Videojet 1000 printers and spare parts go up, we could still turn to refurbished original parts, which is not as shiny as the new one, but still, they are in good working condition and price is much much more reasonable. Besides, we know that you may doubt the quality the second hand printers and spare parts, worry not, we will test them before delivery.

Domino A320i A420i and A520i don’t need RFID to work with, so we don’t have to know your ink model, your ink cube model, just order and we will deliver.

Below are our compatible i-Tech ink service module, the yellow one, and the solvent service cube, the black one. They are just plain service cube, nothing much to talk about. However, there is one small thing I would like to stress a bit, we pack the cube carefully inside a carton, unless the package undergo very horrific situation, they will arrive safe and sound.

Here comes the compatible ink and solvent cartridges, they are orange. If you want to buy the cap alone, we could sell it seperately.

As we are selling more compatible Linx 8900 RFID tags, comes more questions regarding how long the RFIDs can work? Here we are going to reply it all.

The original Linx 8900 service module RFID gets 8000 working hours in it, if you think that our compatible tags must get less hours, then you are wrong. Our tags contain a suprising 13000 working-hour. The service module RFID tag starts to countdown the day you install it.

For our compatible 8900 ink RFID, it works around 18 months whilest the solvent RFID works around 24 months. These RFID for liquids start to countdown their service time from the day we program them.

Above are our answer to the most frequently asked questions regarding compatible 8900 RFID tags. One more thing, if you are going to order Linx 8900 ink or solvent RFID tags, please let us know your liquid model first, we may or may not have the program for it.

If you have purchased the compatible Linx 8900 ink or solvent empty cartridges, then you also need a clamp to help you tighten up the caps. Can we use the one for tight up Videojet or Imaje cartridges, sorry, we can’t. The clamp for Linx 8900 cartridges is with bigger diameter, which matches with the caps. Likewise to the clamp for Videojet/Imaje cartridges, this fits a smaller cap size.

Last week my client David told me that the 1240 RFID doesn’t work on his new printer, he tried three other tags, but still failed. The RFIDs are still within expire date, and I’m sure that the program is properly written in the tags, so they should be working fine.

As usual procedure, I asked David if he can send me some pictures, so he did. Then we found out where the problem lies, it’s a new printer with 5.3 version software, the RFIDs we sold to David last year were not so advanced to work on the newest software, but not anymore.

We’ve figured out the 5.3 version software last month and tested the compatible tags for a few days. Now we are sure to launch the RFId tags compatible to Linx 8900 CIJ 5.3 version software. In fact, all the compatible Linx 8900 ink and solvent RFID we sell will work on the newest 5.3 version, and price will be the same.

The electrovalve for Markem Imaje continuous inkjet printer is delicate. To be very frank, our compatible ENM5044 electrovalve doesn’t perform as smooth as the original ones, which leads to complaint & replacement from time to time. Some clients prefer to purchase the original one, despite the original ENM5044 costs 4 times higher than the compatible one. However, for other clients, cost-effective compatible CIJ spare parts are still their first choice.

Up until now, we have to either spend a fortune to purchase the original ENM5044 electrovalve, or to put up with the less satisfied compatible one. Good news is we finally launch a better quality ENM5044 to market this week. We apply finer material to produce the inner parts of the electrovalve, after a few times test & development, we are able introduce this better option of ENM5044 to you which costs higher than the previous compatible one though.

An original A40846 maintenance kit can cost you an arm and an leg, but if we do-it-yourself, we could save some dollars.

What we need is an orignal A40988 draining and rinsing kit, a compatible pump head for 9450 and a A40989 filter kit.

There is one small thing we need to pay attention to, that is the pressure pump head, despite the 9040 and 9450 pressure pump heads look similar and cost the same, they are however incompatible. Please make sure that you are in need of a 9450 pressure pump head.

Dave is a CIJ printer tech, who is keen on disassembling the spare parts for years. In December he sent me a picture of a M6 and asked if I can provide the pumps in white circles.

Surely we can. We have informed our clients that we tested and launched the compatible M6, which means we definetly have necessary compatible parts to build a Markem Imaje M6 module. I think Dave must catch this news and start to figure the M6 by his own.

1. This is the original ink service module with RFID and our compatible RFID. So far we are not able to make a Ax ink cube yet, however, if you are applying black ink, and your ink module works fine, you could just purchase our RFID, it will give extra service hours to the ink cube. When you order the RFID, please take a look at the label on your ink cube, is it ITM02, 06 or 09? The program is slightly different.

2. Here is the compatible ink and solvent cartridge with caps, also the ink and solvent RFID. One small thing, as we only have some ink/solvent models’ RFID, so please kindly let us know the ink/solvent model you are using now before order.

3. Finally comes the compatible solvent service module which doesn’t require a RFID to work with. It’s just a plain service module, nothing special about it, you could buy it without asking any questions.
